This site is for competitors in Duck Island Yacht Club races. It contains calendar and registration information for upcoming events. If you do not expect to enter any races, please do not "Create" a new user. Event information is also available at http://www.diyc.com

If you want to do a paper entry, link here. But please consider an on-line entry.

Steps to create entries:
  1. If you haven't yet, "Create" a new user above. Fill in the fields then click the "Check" button. When the information is OK, click on the "Submit" button to save the information
  2. Go to the "Events" list and click on the name of the event you wish to register for. This will open the event page where you will find a link to create your entry. Click on it.
  3. If this is the first entry for your boat, enter the sail number in the "New Sail #" field. If you have a one-design or unusual sail number, please follow the guidelines (in red) to create a unique ID. Complete all the other fields.
  4. If this is additional entry for your boat, you should be able to find its sail ID in the "Existing Sail #" field. select it and click on the "Look up info based on sail number" button to update all the other fields. You can change information as needed, such as Skipper (Hall Series), Rating and Spin/Canvas.
  5. Complete the rest of the fields then click on the "Check" button. (This will also recalculate the applicable fees)
  6. A green bar with a "Submit" button will appear when all info is complete. Click on the button to save the entry.
  7. A "Registration Number" will appear. Please write this number on your check which you will be mailing.

Use the "Return to Event List" likk to create more entries.

Notes
  1. Once logged in, you can edit your "Registered User Info" and "Entries" if needed.
  2. "My Stuff" will display all your entries
